Shipping times vary, but we try to ship orders same day (order placed before noon CST) or next day.  Weather, stock, illness, alien invasions, and other unexpected circumstances may affect shipping times.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on the weight and value of the order.  DEALER (only) orders ship free if the order is over $400.00 USD.

International Shipping: Nah.

If your product is damaged upon receipt, please refuse the shipment AND alert us to the damage.  If the damage is NOT visible on the box, please let us know asap.

Preferred Carrier: We generally ship UPS.  If you would like us to use a different carrier, let us know.
