Plink® Garbage Disposal Cleaner & Deodorizer is a convenient, economical and easy way to freshen the disposal with natural ingredients between disposal deep cleanings. Plink washes away foul odors, leaving the sink, disposal and whole kitchen smelling fresh.
+ How do I use Plink Garbage Disposal Freshener & Cleaner?
Read entire label before using:
Run disposal with a full stream of water to clear it of any food scraps.
Turn off disposal and reduce hot water to a slow stream (pencil width).
Plink Your Sink by dropping in one Plink ball and turning on disposal for 15 seconds.
Turn off disposal and water. You just Plinked Your Sink!
NOTE: Revive scent as desired by running disposal with bursts of hot water. Plink Your Sink at least twice a week or as needed.
+ Can Plink clog a sink?
If used properly, Plink will not clog a sink. The combination of hot water and the disposal action breaks up the Plink capsule, releasing the fragrance within the disposal. Plink garbage disposal cleaner is not intended for use in a clogged drain. If the drain is clogged or slow draining prior to using Plink, it may be necessary to contact a plumber for assistance.
+ There was no lemon smell after using Plink. Did I do something wrong?
Be sure to run the disposal prior to using Plink in order to clear the disposal of scraps. Try the process again, using hot water and a weaker stream of water. Be sure to keep the stream of water running while the disposal is running.
+ Is Plink septic safe?
When used as directed, Plink garbage disposal freshener is septic safe and will not harm the bacteria within the system or prevent future growth.
+ Can I use Plink in a kitchen drain without a garbage disposal?
Plink Garbage Disposal Freshener & Cleaner is designed for use in sinks with a garbage disposal. The combination of hot water and the disposal action is needed to break up the capsule and release the fragrance within the disposal and drain. Plink washes away foul odors and freshens the disposal, drain and whole kitchen. Plink should not be used in sinks without a garbage disposal or in clogged drains.
